JOB DESCRIPTION
Our very active 24/7 business requires knowledgeable dispatchers to expedite the workload of calls given to the various divisions of drivers each day. Our dispatchers are computer knowledgeable and have the ability to multi-task while maintaining excellent customer service on each call. Experience in this or a similar field and a good general knowledge of the Long Island and New York Metropolitan areas are preferred. We offer paid training to all trainees and benefits to full-time employees including 401(k) and group medical insurance.
CALL CENTER RESERVATIONS

JOB DESCRIPTION
Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, we are always looking for customer service oriented people to work in our fast-paced reservations office. The position requires individuals to interact with our large customer base, be able to articulate and be knowledgeable about our many services. A reservationist will assist in booking reservations. A positive attitude, good phone skills, and computer skills are required. We provide a paid training period. We offer benefits to full-time employees including 401(k) and group medical insurance.
